Congratulations to your athlete on their hard work, and welcome to the TWHS Cheer Boosters! We are dedicated to supporting our athletes and coaches. To provide that support, we need the combined time and talent of our families to maximize the opportunities that we are able to bring to the program.
What We Are
The TWHS Cheer Booster Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and as such, donations made to the program may be tax deductible.
Who We Are
The purpose of our organization is to support our student athletes through recognition, events, and fund-raising for much needed equipment and supplies. We do this by encouraging and coordinating parent participation through donations of time, enthusiasm, and– to be humbly honest– cash for the program.

Every parent/guardian of a current TWHS Cheerleader is a member of the booster club. Being a member is an important aspect of your student athletes experience on the cheerleading teams. You have the ability to help make each season great for your student athlete with your financial contributions, fundraising, volunteering, and participation in meetings. Without parent volunteers and fundraising efforts we could not exist.
Booster Club Dues/ Fees:
The yearly booster dues/fees are used to directly benefit the cheerleaders and our program with team meals, community involvement lunches, cheer website, celebration and recognition events for our athletes , team activities, equipment, coaches gifts, new uniforms and other various expenses throughout the year. The Booster Club works hard to create a fun, efficient and successful season for our athletes.
Dues/fees are optional, however we depend on all our families participating in any way they can - every little bit helps us achieve our goals for the upcoming season and beyond!
2022-2023 Fall Membership dues/fees are $50.00 / due by August 19th

Booster meetings will be held either in-person or via zoom on the 2nd Sunday of each month during the cheer season. If the 2nd Sunday is a holiday, the meeting will defer to the following Sunday.
Monthly Meetings will begin August 14th at 7pm.
Volunteering helps support the TW cheerleading program through donation of time, energy, skills and creativity. The program needs each and every parent, guardian, and even extended family members to help support our events, as well as fundraising. There is something for everyone. Be sure to look at our needs for the upcoming year and sign up! It's a great way to meet your fellow Cardinal Cheer families!
Open Executive Board Members - (Open for 2022-2023 Season)
Treasure (2 Year term)
Organize program sales and volunteers / work with Coaches to ensure there are non-varsity cheerleaders for program sales. This is only for 5 varsity games and is pre-game only.
(1 Freshman, 1 JV, 1 Varsity)
Oversees snack collection and distribution to their team. Work with the team Coach to determine when snacks should be delivered to the teams (before the game or at halftime). This individual will ensure there are enough volunteers and snacks to make this happen for all games (home and away).
Assists the VP and/or Fundraising Coordinator with planning and organizing banquets, Meet the Team Night, Summer Camp, Holiday “Mom’s Night Out” and more.
Senior Night Recognition
Assist in picking, purchasing and delivering recognition items (tiaras, flowers, etc.) to the Coaches on Senior Night (because senior parents will be busy this day, we ask a parent of non-senior volunteers ).
Concessions (Girls Basketball games only) -
This committee works with the VP and/or Fundraising Coordinator to plan, organize, and find volunteers to run the concession stands for select games during basketball season.
